In 2007, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has allotted a site near Gogarbham Dam at Tirumala and hander over to Sri Siddheswari Peetham/Mouna Swami Mutt, Courtallam, Tamil Nadu for construction of our Peetha Bhavan in Tirumala. On 03 August, 2007 the foundation stone has been laid and the bhoomi pooja has been performed at the site by Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy, Chairman TTD and Sri K.V. Ramanchary E.O TTD. HH Sri Siddheswari Bharathi Mahaswami was personally present and blessed the devotees during this occasion.

Sri Siddheswari Peetham proposed to construct a building complex for providing facilities of pravachana mandir and accommodation to the devotees visiting Tirumala. The project is in its final stage.

Generally, these kind of projects require huge funds and the management appeals to the devotees to donate generously for the success of this project and also, the rooms at this location can be obtained on a time-share basis.
